FAQ’s / TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The project has a total of 500+ apartments.
  • Expression of Interest (EOI) Booking Advance is Rs. 50,000/-
  • The company through the expression of Interest is offering for sale a maximum of 200 apartments only.
  • The cutoff price (price X) reached for achieving the 200 applications will become the price for sale.
  • All applicants who have selected price lesser than cut off price (price X) will be eliminated and will not be eligible for allocation of apartment. Their EOI amount will be refunded in full without any interest, within 20th July.
  • If the price slab where the final price is fixed results in a total of applications higher than 200, then EOI APPLICANT who has submitted the form first will be given priority. Others may be put on waitlist.
  • If the applicant does not get an apartment based on his/her selected preference(s), he/she will be offered another apartment. In case he/she does not want the said apartment, EOI amount will be refunded in full without any interest, within 20th July.
  • If the applicant is allocated an apartment based on his/her selected preference(s) and still the applicant does not go ahead with the purchase, then only 50% of the EOI money shall be refunded.
  • Actual launch price will be atleast Rs 300/- per sq.ft more than EOI price.

HOW IT WORKS ?

CRITERIA FOR SELECTING CUT-OFF PRICE AND 200 APPLICANTS

  • Assume 1000 applicants have submitted the form, with Rs 50,000/- booking advance.
  • Step 1 – Sorting: On July 6th , 2017, these 1000 applicants will be sorted in descending order from highest to lowest price band, according to the price band they have chosen.
  • Step 2 – Selecting Top 200: Based on their chosen price band, the top 200 applicants will be selected for allotment of an apartment.
  • Step 3 – Selecting Final Cut-Off Price: The price chosen by the 200th applicant in the selected list will become the final cut-off price for all 200 selected applications.
  • Accordingly, all the 200 selected applicants will be offered an apartment at the final cut-off price only, even if they had chosen a higher price-band.
  • As an example, after sorting the applicants in descending order, if top 199 applicants have chosen the 3799 price band and the 200th person has chosen 3649, then the cut-off price will be 3649 for all 200 applicants. In other words, all 200 applicants will be allotted an apartment at Rs. 3649 per sq.ft, even if 199 of them had chosen Rs. 3799 per sq.ft in their applications.
